The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians of Newport has selected Patricia Kelly Martin as their 2017 Woman of the Year. A reception will be held in her honor on Thursday, July 13 at Hibernian Hall. Tickets may be purchased at Hibernian Hall, the cost is $40 per person until July 8, and $45 after that date.
