For What It’s Worth

A Point resident emailed a photo of this unassuming small cabinet inquiring of value. It’s secret is that the front and top are hinged and lift to reveal toilet seat with pottery bowl. Dating from between 1830-50 this federal-style piece is valued between $300 and $400. It could have been used in homes similar to Hunter House.
