Island Skippers Jump Rope Group Meet Up in Middletown

Scott Weiss and Eugenia Stanisauskis Weiss represent the Island Skippers Jump Rope Group. They and will be teaming up with the Double Dutch Sharks founder, Ray Malone, to teach jump rope skills to youth of all ages and adults.

Jump rope has a long history of providing cardio exercise and fun for people of all ages. The jumping skills they will learn include single rope, pairs, Double Dutch, group routines and other freestyle jumping. All skill levels from novice to experienced jumpers are welcome to attend. No jumping experience is necessary.

If interested, wear sneakers and sunscreen, and bring a water bottle.

Jump ropes will be provided. Jumping lessons will be outdoors at Linden park, 141 W. Main Rd, Middletown (next to IHOP) every Sunday 10:00 am – 11:00 am starting on May 7, 2023. A standard liability waiver will also be provided.
