New Eagle Scout

Keith Francis was awarded Boy Scouts' highest rank, Eagle Scout, at Portsmouth Troop 82’s Court of Honor ceremony led by Scoutmaster Emeritus Justin Mostert on July 23 at Holy Angels Church in Barrington. For his Eagle Scout project he created a time capsule and led volunteers in building a garden commemorating the 100th anniversary of the church.

Eagle Scout Francis, 16, is the son of Deborah and Christopher Francis of Barrington. He has been active in Boy Scouts for the past 10 years. Keith is a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, the National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America.
