Gina Raimondo in Providence. The ambassador also delivered a speech to the Naval War College, and he was the keynote speaker at the Knights of Columbus Hall where the Filipino American Association of Newport, the Filipino American Community of South Coast, the Newport Council of International Visitors, and Lingkod Timog, a Middletown-based organization, all met.
