A Festival Success

Smiles abounded all weekend as islanders celebrated the emergence of spring weather and the longawaited daffodils with an array of themed activities during the second annual Daffodil Days Festival. City merchants showed their “daffy” enthusiasm by creating more than 30 festive storefront window displays for a festival competition.
