NHCNE ‘ICE Boxes’

The Naval Health Clinic New England has implemented the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system to allow patients to rate their experiences at NHCNE. ICE is a web-based customer feedback tool that can be accessed from smartphones, tablets, home computers, or by using one of the new kiosks known as "ICE boxes" at the clinic. The ICE system has been designed to improve NHCNE's level of customer service/satisfaction. The command encourages all patients to use ICE to provide valuable feedback to management.
