Construction Spurs City Hall Meeting

Utility crews have been busy working to replace a major sewer line along Broadway over the last several weeks. However, as one project comes to a close, another is set to begin. According to city officials, National Grid is finalizing plans to replace a roughly 100-year-old gas line that runs beneath the roadway. Recognizing the impact that the construction continues to have on the area, city officials are inviting merchants interested to learn more about the project to a special meeting scheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 7 at City Hall.
